The 2 air conditioned lounges both have dining spaces, and sofas from which you can relax and watch TV (one of the sofas is a double sofabed). Its close proximity to Passeig de Gracia metro/train station also allows easy access to the rest of the cities other key sights such as Park Guell, Placa Espanya, Camp Nou and the Sagrada Familia, as well as Barcelona’s beaches and surrounding areas. Considered by many to be one of the plushest areas of Barcelona, the apartment is situated amongst the towns most upmarket shops and restaurants.

An additional charge of 40€ will be made if check-in is outside the period 13:00 - 21:00.

Cancellation during the stay is only possible after the first month, after a one-month stay a 14 - day notice applies.
