For those that like their space, this huge 95m² ground floor loft with private patio is located in the Parallel district of central Barcelona. On entering this huge, high ceilinged loft from the street, you will be welcomed by the main lounge area, containing a large double sofabed and sofa, from which you can relax or watch TV. Moving on, the central portion of the loft contains a dining area for 4 people, and an adjoining American kitchen, which is fully equipped, and contains a gas cooker and oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. Towards the end of the large central space, there is a cosy bathroom with shower cubicle. To the side of this back section, you’ll find a large independent double bedroom with open plan storage space. The indoor patio at the end of the loft contains a washing machine, and, via the large double glazed patio doors, leads to a sunny 20m² split level patio, which contains a table and seating for 4 people.

This Barcelona holiday apartment is only a 20 min walk away from Las Ramblas or the port, and a short 15min bus ride away from the beach. The metro stop conveniently located at the end of the road provides easy access to all of Barcelona’s main areas, including Camp Nou, Placa Espanya, Placa Catalunya, Las Ramblas, Sagrada Familia, the Gaudi buildings and Park Guell. The apartment is located in a quiet, primarily residential part of Barcelona, but continue to the end of the road, you will find Parallel Street, around which are a host of smaller bars, restaurants and nightlife.

This apartment is only available for couples or families (parents+children).
Groups of friends will not be permitted to enter.
In addition, the private patio can only be accessed until 10pm.

The loft is located in a residential building, and due to problems with people partying and talking loudly outdoors, these restrictions have had to be imposed.

An additional charge of 40€ will be made if check-in is outside the period 13:00 - 21:00.

Check out between 13:00 and 19:00 (if possible): 50€ extra

Security deposit (returned on checkout): 200€

All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the whole stay; Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the whole stay; Cancellation 14 to 4 days before arrival: 60% of the whole stay; No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge

Cancellation during the stay is only possible after the first month, after a one-month stay a 14 - day notice applies.
