This wonderfully cosy 3rd floor apartment without lift is located in the Poble Sec area of Barcelona. Suitable for up to 5 people, the apartment has a pleasant ambiance and some great finishing touches. Of the two double bedrooms, the first is an interior room with a cupboard, while the second is bright, and connects directly to the sunny lounge via either a door, or the balcony. The lounge itself contains ample storage space, a dining table, and a single sofabed from which you can relax or watch TV. The bathroom contains a small bathtub with shower, while the kitchen is fully equipped, together with a gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer and washing machine.
If you rent an apartment in Barcelona and are looking for a neighbourhood packed with plenty of local character, charm and early 20th century buildings, then Poble Sec is your zone. Within walking distance of Placa Espanya, the metro stop conveniently located at the end of the road provides easy access to all of Barcelona’s main areas, including Camp Nou, Placa Espanya, Placa Catalunya, Las Ramblas, the Gaudi buildings and Park Guell. The apartment is located in a quiet, primarily residential part of Barcelona, but continue to the end of the road, you will find Parallel Street, around which are a host of smaller local bars and restaurants.
An additional charge of 40€ will be made if check-in is outside the period 13:00 - 21:00.

Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 20 euro; Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 20% of the whole stay; Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay; Cancellation 7 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay; No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge
Bookings for 2 or more apartments or for more than 3 weeks:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the whole stay; Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the whole stay; Cancellation 14 to 4 days before arrival: 60% of the whole stay; No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge
Cancellation during the stay is only possible after the first month, after a one-month stay a 14 - day notice applies.
