Safe and Easy Transfer to Your Apartment
We offer arrival/ departure transfer to all clients who book accommodation at our site. You can order transfer when making a reservation for an apartment, a pension or an apartment.
After you have finished your reservation we will send you an email with the exact place where your driver will be waiting for you.
In order to arrange a taxi pick up from Barcelona central airport “Prat” we need your flight number, the arrival time and terminal of your fight and the mobile number you will use in Barcelona. The transfer driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals area exit with a sign stating your name. If your check-in is after 13:00h, the taxi will wait for you outside our office and bring you directly to your apartment after check-in.
The prices for this service are as follows:
Earliest arrival at the airport 8.30 a.m. and latest 23:00 p.m.
- Normal Transfer Car: 55 EUR (up to 4 people)
- Minibus Transfer Car: 65 EUR (up to 7 people)
The above prices include a waiting time of 60 min, should you be delayed, there will be a surcharge of 15 Euros for each hour commenced after such waiting time. The cost for the tranfer is payable in cash to the taxi driver. If you cannot locate the taxi driver, please do not take another taxi but ring our office number so we can locate him for you, otherwise there will be a cancellation fee equivalent to the full amount of the service.
NOTE: We strongly advise against pick ups for those arriving on long-haul or transfer flights as considerable delays are more likely.
